Mark Herold
B.Comm CA | Partner
Mark entered the accounting profession in 1982 and has been a principal in Chartered Accounting firms since 1989. He has extensive experience in the areas of business services, taxation and auditing and is dedicated to assisting clients in improving their business results and in growing and protecting their wealth.
Andrew Morris
B.Bus. CA | Partner
Andrew joined CHN in 1998 and is a foundation staff member of CHN Herold Ross. Andrew commenced his career in the accounting profession in 1985. He managed both our Business Services and Auditing divisions before being admitted as a partner in 2003.
Whilst having vast experience in the business services, taxation and audit areas he has a particular interest in business improvement and has in recent years also carved a niche in the audit of self managed superannuation funds.
Anthony Zerella

Anthony joined CHN in August 1999 and is a foundation staff member CHN Herold Ross.
Anthony commenced his career in the accounting profession in 1993 and manages the business services division of CHN Herold Ross.
Anthony has extensive experience in the business services and taxation areas with a particular interest in capital gains tax, GST, tax planning, sale/purchase of business advice and business structuring.
Michael Lipstine

Michael is one of our business services managers and has been with us since 2008. He is a CPA qualified accountant and Xero Certified advisor with commercial experience.
With strengths in personal and commercial taxation, superannuation, tax planning and business structuring. He is also assisting clients in moving to cloud accounting solutions.
Dean Morrison

Dean has been an accountant for over 20 years. His time has been spent in public practice and in the corporate world. Through his commercial grounding and accounting & finance skills working as a CFO in the SME arena Dean has helped his clients to increase their earnings, reduce their costs and to grow and protect their wealth.
With strengths in business advice, strategy, systems and business coaching Dean’s focus is to make his client’s life easier by presenting them with opportunities to streamline processes and embrace computer based packages including “the cloud”.
Dean also manages the firms bookkeeping department providing a base-level but scalable service in support of clients of the firm all the while enabling those clients with technologies that help them to better run their businesses.
